The Incline Railway is near Table Rock, which is where the Horseshoe Falls are (you'll get to stand right next to the water as it rushes by and over the falls). the people movers run along the Niagara Parkway (alongside the Niagara Gorge) to get to the Falls from your Hotel you will either have to walk down Murray Street (hill) or take the Incline Railway down to the Parkway level. The Hilton Hotel is on the escarpment (Fallsview Blvd) above the Canadian Horseshoe Falls. Most hotels do allow people to call ahead for their cars (not sure about the Hilton).
